There’s something about the second quarter of the year that just hits differently. The sparkle of the new year has worn off. The pace is picking up. And for those of us living with ADHD or anxiety, the weight of the year can start to feel… a little heavy.

That’s exactly why I created the “7 Days to a Calmer, Happier You: The Mini Reset Challenge”. It’s a mental wellness challenge designed to help reset your mind, space, and nervous system. This isn’t rooted in perfection. It’s about preparing mentally and emotionally to navigate another part of the year.

Who am I, and why does this matter to me?

If you’re new here, hi! I’m Stephie, a content creator and mental wellness advocate whose lived experience with ADHD and Anxiety has shaped how I approach self-care, productivity, and emotional well-being.

Like many of you, I’ve spent years trying to force myself into rigid routines and productivity hacks that just didn’t work for my neurodivergent brain. What’s helping? Small changes. Permission to pivot. Emotional safety. Slowing down.

Sometimes, though, I fall off the track so hard that I forget there even was one. That’s where this 7-day challenge comes in. It’s time to get back on track, or at least near the track.

Why now?

We’re kicking things off the third week of May — not the first — and that’s completely intentional. Why? Because I want us to ease into this together before the internet gets loud with “mid-year reset” pressure and hustle-heavy goal setting. And yes, I said us! I need this challenge just as much as anyone, and from what y’all have been sharing with me on socials, I know I’m not alone.

So many people abandon challenges because they “miss” Day 1. So, we start on May 15th. No pressure to be perfect. No pressure to keep a streak. This is about gently showing up for yourself. As always, take what you need, leave what you don't, and move through it at your own pace. You’re allowed to make this yours.

What’s inside the 7-Day Mini Reset Challenge?

Each day, you’ll get an email with:

  • A gentle prompt that will help you free up mental space

  • Detailed steps and resources so you don’t freeze with panic

  • A reminder to head to the IG Broadcast channel to check in for support + community

Here’s a peek at what we’ll cover:

  • Day 1: A Digital Declutter (cleaning up your digital life)

  • Day 2: Redefining Daily Routines (tailored to your energy level)

  • Day 3: A Professional Refresh (getting ready so we can stay ready)

  • Day 4: Plan a Self-Care Weekend (you deserve it, and it’s going on your calendar)

  • Day 5: A Wellness Admin Day (taking care of ourselves starts on the inside)

  • Day 6: A Mini Life Audit  (sensory-friendly, cozy, ADHD-approved)

  • Day 7: Physical Declutter (clearing out your physical space to help you breathe again)

This isn’t a productivity challenge, it’s a guided mental reset for busy, overwhelmed minds.

Why it’s designed for ADHD & anxious brains:

🧠 ADHD brains thrive with novelty, visual structure, and short bursts of focused action — so that’s what this challenge delivers.

💛 Anxious minds need soothing, not stress. Every part of this challenge is rooted in doing something that will help with emotional regulation, whether in the moment or down the line.

You’ll get small, satisfying wins each day. There is no pressure to do everything “perfectly.” Missed a day? Still come back the next day! You can always revisit the email for the day you missed.

If you’ve been needing a reset, this is it.

And yes — there’s a gift inside 🎁

When you sign up, you’ll immediately get access to The Reset Room: A Toolkit For Overwhelm, my calming, cozy freebie designed to help you reset anytime.

It includes:

  • A Task Paralysis Check-In for ADHD brains

  • Journal prompts for anxiety and burnout

  • A Not-To-Do List for the Anxious

  • And more

Think of it as a mental health toolkit you can revisit whenever you need a moment to breathe.

This isn’t a “fix yourself” challenge.

By the end of the week, you’ll feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and better equipped to move through another part of the year with clarity and calm. This challenge isn’t about becoming a “new you”. It’s about creating room for more peace and presence. Let’s do it together!
